Property #4, Duval House: A twenty-eight-room inn nestled on a spacious island estate in the heart of Key West's historic Old Town district. Chosen as "...one of the 10 most affordable romantic inns in the U.S." by Vacations Magazine.

Tropical gardens flourish throughout, cozy brick walkways lead past a tranquil fish pond to a shaded double hammock or a picturesque Victorian gazebo. Most of the seven vintage houses on the property are two-and-a-half story Victorian houses with balconies, banisters & gingerbread trim.

This former estate property includes two grand Victorian mansions dating from 1888 and 1906 that stand on an acre of tropical gardens.

Features: Continental breakfast is included with all guest stays. Other hotel amenities include free on-site parking, a large heated pool, and many relaxation spots around the property including decks, porches, the pool area, a secluded clothing optional sun-deck, and the shade garden. All guestrooms are non-smoking.

Rooms: Thirty-three guestrooms have been grouped into six categories that represent similar value. Caters to couples, and most hotel rooms provide one guest bed.
